Very uncomfortable and I felt... Liked: They made me pay two hundred dollars in cash. And I did not see on the website of Booking.com the front desk woman was rude in lost patient very quickly. They would not let me have somebody visit me in my room a friend unless they checked in and gave them the drivers license number which seems a bit much. They treated me as if I were a prostitute trying to bring tricks to my room. They did not let me go into the lobby. They had shoes all over the lobby, as if somebody was living in it. It seemed like a flophouse kind of rules rather than a nice hotel in Hollywood I would never stay there again. Disliked: Not to be bullied to leave $200 in cash. One of the people into my room when I wasn’t there without my permission.

Disappointing Liked: The place was clean including the bathroom, the bed was big and comfortable. Disliked: Neither the safe/vault nor dryer was working. And in this neighbourhood you really want to use the safe. The place is very loud - you can hear literally everything from the street and rooms next to you. The wifi signal was terrible. Two different receptionists wanted to scam me by two different hourly prices for prolonging my stay - and wanted all payment in cash with no receipt.

Liked: I love the location...but hotel name & location doesn't match with the hotel services...I went to the office to check in I get the key and walk to the room but the room wasn't ready the house keeper was cleaning the room next to the one the gave me.she toll me give me half hour...then was ready...the floor was so sticky in the shower was alot of hair...the pillows was terrible...middle of night try to get under blankets there was a big poop stain...

Liked: We liked that is was walking distance to our destination Disliked: The room did not have a fridge as their site says they do, they require $200 cash security deposit no card, which was not stated anywhere in the itinerary, no lock from inside the room so as 2 ladies we didn’t feel really safe, and no ice.
